About Justin W. French
Justin W. French is a pastor, evangelist, and former law enforcement officer whose life reflects a deep calling to serve both God and people. Raised in ministry under his father’s leadership, Justin was immersed in discipleship, missions, and church life from an early age.
Alongside his ministry journey, Justin dedicated twenty years to law enforcement in the Cayman Islands, serving with distinction and integrity and earning national recognition as a Uniformed Services Pioneer. That season strengthened his discipline, leadership, and courage—qualities God later refined and redirected for Kingdom work.
After walking through a season of deep personal refining, Justin emerged with renewed clarity, authority, and peace. His message is not theory—it is testimony: the peace of God that transcends understanding, and the call to live fully surrendered to Jesus Christ.

Meet Stephney M. French

Stephney M. French is a woman of deep faith, resilience, and compassion with a heart for women navigating life's unexpected seasons. For more than 28 years, she has served as an educator, investing in the lives of students while carrying a desire to see people grow, thrive, and walk confidently in their God-given identity. Her passion for teaching extends beyond the classroom into ministry, where she has faithfully served in roles including worship leadership, teaching, and preaching the Word of God.
Through her personal journey of healing, restoration, and spiritual growth, Stephney has developed a deep passion for helping women rediscover their identity in God—especially during seasons of waiting, transition, and emotional healing. Her desire is to see women walk confidently in who God created them to be: whole, healed, and purpose-driven.
Stephney has also answered God's call to write, developing resources designed to encourage women to grow deeper in their faith, recognize their God-given identity, and walk confidently in purpose. Her writing reflects the same heart she brings to ministry—a desire to meet women in real seasons of life and point them toward healing, surrender, spiritual growth, and a deeper relationship with God.
Serving alongside her husband, Rev. Justin W. French, Stephney is an integral part of J. French Ministries. Together, they serve in life and ministry with hearts surrendered to God's leading, committed to going wherever He calls and to sharing the hope, power, and transforming love of Jesus Christ.

Justin and his wife, Stephney, serve together in life and ministry. With hearts fully surrendered to God’s leading, they remain committed to going wherever He calls and to igniting a generation with the hope and power of Jesus Christ.
What We Believe
Our beliefs are rooted in Scripture and expressed with humility, love, and conviction.
- The Trinity — One God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Matthew 28:19)
- Jesus Christ — Fully God and fully man, who lived without sin, died on the cross for our sins, and rose again in victory. (John 1:1–14; Romans 5:8)
- Salvation — By grace through faith in Jesus Christ for all who repent and believe. (John 3:16; Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10)
- Authority of Scripture — The Bible is the inspired and authoritative Word of God. (2 Timothy 3:16–17)
- God’s Design for the Home — One man and one woman united in marriage, with Christ as the head of the home. (Genesis 2:24; Ephesians 5:22–33)
- The Great Commission — We are called to preach the gospel and make disciples of all nations. (Matthew 28:18–20)
- Love for All People — Every person is made in God’s image and must be treated with dignity and love. (Genesis 1:27; John 13:34–35)
- The Peace of God — Peace that transcends understanding is available to all who trust in Christ. (Philippians 4:7)
